I placed an order and didn't realize the address was wrong. I panicked and sent email late Saturday night minutes after ordering. I got the most caring and reassuring response on a Sunday morning. She offered to call to correct it if I wasnt sure. Rare that a call is offered by a company. I was surprised how quickly it was at my door. We love in a ranch way out in Wyoming and so we order hoping to get things not available with ease. The service was AWESOME. I WOULD FEEL SAFE ORDERING AGAIN!!!!! There are GOOD HUMANS BEHIND THE SCENES. I felt the authenticity.!!
