Refund policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Cassie's Creekside ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS.  We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling, as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions.

Items can be returned within 60 days from the date your items are delivered. Items must be in *original condition within 60 days to receive store credit.  DISCOUNTED/ SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused; this includes smoke, perfume, and deodorant free, with tags (if applicable).

 
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@shopcassiescreekside.com. If your return is accepted, you can then begin the shipping process. Cassie's Creekside does not provide shipping labels for returns. 

Please note returns may take 2-3 business days to process from the date of arrival. Please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope when returning. We are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund for store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent a store credit to the email on file. Cassie's Credits do not expire.
